What we do
- Publish a canvas, not a resume. Professionals showcase work samples, verified skills, impact metrics, and the topics they actually want to discuss.
- Companies apply to you. Every interest request must include the role context, why you are a fit, the pay range, and the evaluation plan.
- Evaluation with accountability. When you accept a request, a private Eval Room opens so the company can share a brief, you can respond, and structured feedback is due within 7 days.
