Terms of Service

CanvasedIn is a professional-first hiring marketplace that lets professionals publish a canvas of work and lets companies send structured interest requests. We are not a recruitment agency or an employer. We provide the tools and infrastructure for these interactions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use CanvasedIn. You may only use the platform for lawful hiring, networking, and professional purposes.

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
• Provide accurate information about yourself, your experience, or your company.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Professionals own the content they publish on their canvas. By publishing it, you grant CanvasedIn a limited licence to host and display it according to the visibility settings you choose. You may delete or update your content at any time.

Companies must send honest, structured interest requests that include role context, pay range, and an evaluation plan. Harassment, spam, misleading offers, or attempts to bypass the platform are prohibited.

You may not:

• use the platform to discriminate, harass, or deceive others;
• post false, misleading, or infringing content;
• scrape, hack, or interfere with the platform’s systems;
• use automated tools to create accounts or send messages;
• share private Eval Room content outside the platform without consent.

CanvasedIn owns the platform code, design, and branding. Users own the content they create. We may remove content that violates these terms or that we believe is harmful.

CanvasedIn may introduce paid features in the future. Any fees will be disclosed clearly before you are charged.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

CanvasedIn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, hire a candidate, or complete any transaction through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanvasedIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
