• Contact details: phone number stored in a separate, owner-only table for account and trust verification.
• Interactions: interest requests, messages, evaluation briefs, responses, and feedback shared in Eval Rooms.
• Technical data: browser type, device information, IP address, and cookies or similar identifiers used to keep you signed in and understand how the platform is used.

• To operate the platform and match professionals with relevant company interest requests.
• To display your professional canvas to other users according to the visibility settings you choose.
• To communicate with you about your account, requests, and platform updates.
• To improve the product and fix issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of our users.

• Other users, as intended: professionals choose who can view their canvas and who can send interest requests. Company profiles are visible to professionals when a company sends an interest request or participates in an Eval Room.
• Service providers: we use managed cloud infrastructure for authentication, database, and storage. These providers process data only to provide the services we need and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of CanvasedIn or our users.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we need to retain it for legal or security reasons.
