Leading validation efforts for Thermo King's next-generation refrigerant controller using advanced CAN bus diagnostic tools including PCAN Explorer, PCAN View, and CANalyzer. Developed, executed and reviewed comprehensive automation test scripts and manual test cases to validate embedded controllers across Thermo King truck and trailer units and telemetry devices. Conducted data analysis and visualization of telemetry information collected by the controller and connected devices to identify performance patterns. Executed full lifecycle testing of the Advancer MT next-generation controller across four years of development and validation. Used CAN diagnostic tools (PCAN Explorer, PCAN View, CANalyzer) to test communication protocols and system integration. Developed and maintained comprehensive automation test scripts alongside manual test cases covering functional and system scenarios. Performed defect reporting, tracking and resolution while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Analyzed and visualized telemetry data collected from embedded controllers and connected devices to support performance validation and troubleshooting of Thermo King truck and trailer units.

What did you do, and why that approach?

Validated embedded controllers for Thermo King truck and trailer units as part of the Synergy project on behalf of Ingersoll Rand. Utilized CAN testing tools (PCAN Explorer, PCAN View, CANalyzer) to verify communication and control logic. Developed, executed and reviewed automation test scripts and manual test cases to cover functional and system requirements. Uniquely performed validation testing on actual real trailer units in addition to controlled lab environments. What did you do, and why that approach?

Tested the Human Machine Interface system that accepts driver input for operating parameters and transmits control information to the main controller. Developed, executed and reviewed automation test scripts and manual test cases covering user interaction scenarios and data transmission logic. Performed system-level testing to ensure the interface correctly interpreted driver inputs and reliably communicated with the underlying control system. Managed defect identification, reporting and tracking to resolve issues before production release.

Validated the TriPac Evolution Auxiliary Power Unit providing truck engine preheating, battery charging and cab sleeper climate control functionality. Developed and reviewed test cases across functional and system scenarios to verify that the system met end-user requirements for driver comfort and vehicle operation. Executed comprehensive system tests to ensure all features operated correctly under varied conditions. Managed defect reporting and tracking to identify and resolve issues before field deployment.

Tested the TriPac Envidia Auxiliary Power Unit designed as a driver recruitment and retention tool offering maximum driver comfort during road operation. Developed and reviewed test cases for functional and system scenarios to validate that the system delivered the intended user experience and met performance requirements. Executed system-level tests across various operating conditions. Handled defect reporting and tracking throughout the validation lifecycle.

What did you do, and why that approach?

Tested automation tools developed for the Heat King project, which provides heating and cooling management for truck and trailer units, enabling drivers to control cab temperature during operation. Executed system tests to validate that the automation suite correctly exercised the underlying thermal control logic and reported results accurately. Performed defect identification, reporting and tracking to ensure the automation infrastructure was reliable and ready for production use.

Helped establish the testing framework for a web-based food ordering application allowing customers to browse restaurant offerings and place orders online.
