Companies compete for your attention, not the other way around.
CanvasedIn is a professional-first hiring marketplace. You publish a canvas of the work you're proud of, set how discoverable you are, and companies send structured interest requests — with the role, the pay range and their evaluation plan on the table from the first message.
Publish a canvas, not a resume
Work samples with real outcomes, quantified impact metrics, skills backed by evidence and the topics you actually want to talk about.
Companies apply to you
Every interest request must state the role context, why you specifically, the pay range and how they plan to evaluate you.
Evaluation with accountability
Accept a request and an Eval Room opens. Companies owe you structured feedback within 7 days — in writing.

Why companies should apply to you, not the other way round
Job boards make the best people chase postings. CanvasedIn turns that around: you publish proof of your work, and companies make the case for why you should talk to them.
Questions people ask
- What is CanvasedIn?
- A hiring platform that turns the job board around. Professionals publish a Canvas of their real work, and companies apply to them with the role, the pay range and how they will evaluate, all in the first message.
- Is it free for professionals?
- Yes. Building and publishing a Canvas costs nothing. You can start from your CV: upload it and edit the draft it creates.
- What does it cost companies?
- Nothing to sign up, search or shortlist. When you hire someone through CanvasedIn, the fee is one month's salary of the person hired, invoiced once the offer is accepted.
- Can my current employer see my profile?
- Your Canvas starts Closed, hidden from everyone. When you open it, you choose Open or Selective (only companies matching filters you set), and you can block specific companies, such as your current employer, from finding you. An Open Canvas can also appear in search engines; you can turn that off from the Share panel.
- How is CanvasedIn different from a job portal?
- On a job portal you apply and wait. On CanvasedIn, companies come to you with the role, the pay range and their evaluation plan, and they owe you written feedback within 7 days of an evaluation. Each company's trust score shows how reliably it does that.
- Who is CanvasedIn for?
- Professionals in India across 19 industries, from technology and finance to manufacturing and FMCG, and frontline roles such as ground crew and warehouse staff through a credentials-based profile. And the companies hiring them.
